When Baltimore Comedy Festival stepped out on stage, to begin, his voice was silent while his guitar spoke volumes. Just when we thought we had heard our favorite, he'd move on to our next favorite!! The jumbo-tron screens were zoomed in on his agile fingers soliciting sounds out of those guitars that few humans are capable of. Age has had no detrimental effect on those pipes. He is inseparable from his talent, looking more like a college professor than a legendary entertainer/performer. And when the stage hands brought out two racks of guitars in preparation for the start of his performance, we knew the instrument was the star of the show. Cocaine brought the crowd to peaks of ecstasy. When he started singing, he exhibited the same clear, strong voice we all know and love. He pleased the crowd non-stop as he moved from one hit after another. Moments later, he re-appeared and launched Crossroads. It was an unforgettable evening, and he had saved the best of the tour for his last stop in Orlando. And when the concert ended, the crowd could not be silent, clapping and shouting... We love you, Man.
